About this policy
This policy describes how LogoMotivations handles information when you browse the branding archive, create an account, save work or submit a project. The operator is Logo Motivations, registered in Albania, as identified above.
Information you provide
Account information includes your account identifier, name and email address. You may also provide profile details, a biography, images, links and project information. We process submissions, their review status and communications you send us. Do not upload personal information about others without permission.
Age eligibility and younger visitors
Accounts are intended for people aged 16 or older; public projects can be browsed without an account. Signup does not request a date of birth, identity document or a separate age confirmation. Any declaration recorded under the previous flow is retained with the account and removed through account deletion. For questions about a younger visitor’s account, contact hello@logomotivations.com.
Signing in with Google
When you choose Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider Clerk handle authentication. We use basic account information, including your Google account identifier, name, email address and available profile image, to create and authenticate your account. This sign-in configuration does not request access to your Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts or calendar. Your Google password is not shared with LogoMotivations.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts and profiles, associate content with its creator, manage saved work, review submissions, publish approved projects, respond to requests and protect the platform. Administrator actions may be recorded in an audit log for accountability. Google account information is used for account functionality, not for sale or advertising profiles.
Public and private information
Approved projects and the creator details attached to them are publicly visible. Drafts and pending submissions are available to their owner and authorized administrators. Saved selections are associated with your account and are not intended as public content. Public images and text may be copied or indexed by others outside our control.
Service providers and technical data
Clerk provides authentication, Google provides the optional Google sign-in service, and Sites hosting uses Cloudflare infrastructure for website delivery, database and file storage. These services process information needed to operate the platform. Hosting and authentication services may process IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and diagnostic or security logs. Their processing may occur outside your country. Provider agreements, processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards must be reviewed before launch.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication uses essential cookies or similar technologies to maintain sessions. Saved-work functionality uses account-scoped browser storage. Optional first-party analytics runs only after you select Accept analytics. It uses a random browser identifier, records the latest visit and daily public-project views, and records the latest activity of signed-in accounts. We do not store IP addresses, user-agent strings, query strings or advertising profiles in these analytics tables. Identifiers expire after 90 days; old analytics records are removed as new measurements arrive. Reports cover no more than the last 90 days. Change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences; rejecting stops future measurements and removes the local analytics identifier. Previously recorded measurements remain until expiry. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable collection. Essential sign-in works whether you accept or reject analytics.
Requesting account deletion
Request deletion from My account or contact hello@logomotivations.com. An authorized Super Admin reviews and carries out the process, with a target of completing requests within 30 days of receipt. We may need to verify your identity. You can cancel an in-platform request before processing begins; afterward, contact support. Protected administrator and legacy accounts require a direct support request. This is a service target, not permission to delay any applicable legal deadline. If a request cannot be completed within that target, we will explain the reason and next steps.
What account deletion covers
The proposed process removes the account profile, private account information, saved collections, unpublished submissions and associated uploads that are not needed by retained published projects. It also removes the LogoMotivations authentication account in Clerk. It does not delete your Google account. Any narrowly necessary legal or security retention must be identified and explained rather than treated as an unrestricted exception. Retention periods for audit records, provider logs and backups still require confirmation before this policy becomes effective.
Published projects remain in the archive
Deleting an account does not automatically remove its previously published projects or the images needed to display them. Published projects remain in the LogoMotivations archive and are disconnected from the deleted account and profile. Removing this connection does not by itself anonymize project text, images or creator credits. You may separately request correction or removal of personal information within a published project, or raise a copyright or other rights concern. We review those requests individually; archive retention does not override applicable rights or permissions.
Your choices and requests
Contact us to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about restrictions, objections or portability where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can also remove LogoMotivations access through your Google account settings; this does not automatically delete information already held by the platform. Depending on applicable law, you may have a right to complain to a data protection authority.
Security and updates
We use access controls and authentication to help protect information, but no online service is completely secure. We will update this policy when our processing changes. The operator must confirm applicable legal bases, retention practices and any additional regional notices before this policy becomes effective.
